Mahadevappa Rampure Medical College
The Medical College was established in 1963. The preclinical section began in 1964 and the clinical section in 1966. The State Government built a 700 – bed hospital to offer clinical facilities to the students. The College was recognized by the Medical Counicl of India (MCI) in 1972 and was the second Private Medical College in the Country next to Manipal to get recognition. The graduates of the College are serving in different parts of the country and abroad. The Post-graduate courses began in 1979 and now the College is offering Post-graduate training in 18 different subjects.
ABOUT US
The Milwaukee Regional Medical Center (MRMC) is a consortium of 6 health care institutions whose faculty, staff and patient care givers provide a full range of health care services to the residents of Wisconsin.
Through its member organizations, MRMC forms a Wisconsin Level I Adult and Pediatric Trauma Center, a nationally recognized Children’s Hospital, provides continuum of care rehabilitation services and offers new discoveries and cures to patients throughout the world.
Our goal as a hospital system in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is to add value to our member organizations through increased collaboration, by sharing information and experiences and by exploring opportunities to streamline financial and service delivery structures. Our six member entities, as part of our Wauwatosa hospital complex, share a common mission of excellence in patient care, medical education, life science research, and community service. Flight For Life
When lives depend on the resources of specialty care facilities and when rapid transfer is a priority, Flight For Life is ready to respond. Whether the need is for interhospital transport or a prehospital scene request, you can be assured that Flight For Life will provide the expertise necessary for optimal patient care. With a fleet of four helicopters – based in Waukesha and Fond du Lac, WI, and McHenry, IL – the Flight For Life Transport System helps augment health care delivery systems on a local and regional level.

Nick Burns
Nick Burns has spent the last 10 years with MRMC integrating technology to enhance organizational performance and outcomes. Having spent the last 12 years as a technologist in healthcare, Nick has coupled his personal passion for technology with a formal education in business administration and operations management from Marquette University. As the MRMC and Flight For Life IS Manager, Nick spends his time at the intersection of business and technology; ensuring the latest technology can be harnessed for the greater good of this organization’s success.
Debbie Endres
Debbie joined Milwaukee Regional Medical Center in March 2013 to support the MRMC Executive Director and the management team at MRMC and Flight For Life with an administrative and project focus. She comes to us with experience spanning a variety of industries including health care and enjoys coming alongside to realize process and functional improvements. Debbie lives in Franklin with her two young adult children and spends most spare moments supporting her church family that touches a number of fun pursuits like choir, food court marketing, voiceover announcements, retreat leadership, and discipleship.
Eugene A. Gilchrist, Ph.D.
Eugene A. Gilchrist was appointed Executive Director of the Milwaukee Regional Medical Center in September, 2012. He joined MRMC from Louisville, Kentucky where he served for eight years as Associate Vice President for Health Affairs, functioning as the chief of staff for the UofL Academic Health Center.
Gene began his career in New York State where he was Staff Director for the New York State Senate Committee on Higher Education and served as adjunct faculty in Public Administration for Russell Sage College for several years.
In 1980 Gene was appointed Associate Vice President for Financial Management at the University at Albany where he was part of a team that initiated and refined planning and budgeting in higher education. After serving twelve years at Albany he was appointed Vice President of Administrative Affairs at St. Cloud State University. In 2001 he joined the staff at Louisville first as Assistant to the President and then moving on to his role in the academic health center.
Dr. Gilchrist received the B.A. from the State University College at Plattsburgh and was awarded the Ph.D. in Higher Education from the University at Albany. He has been very active in civic life having served in numerous Board leadership roles with the United Way in St. Cloud and Louisville, the Visiting Nurses of Albany, the St. Cloud Area Economic Development Partnership, the Central Minnesota Community Foundation, the Louisville Fund for the Arts, and several Boards in the area of addictions including the New York State Council on Alcoholism and Other Drug Addictions.
Eva Kuether, CPA
Eva Kuether serves as Director of Finance and Administration for Milwaukee Regional Medical Center. Early in her career, Eva supported MRMC’s corporate finance functions as a Financial Analyst. After ten years in public accounting with local and national level firms, Eva rejoined the MRMC in 2006, bringing a broad array of experience from small, local businesses to Fortune 500 companies. As the Director of Finance and Administration, Eva administers MRMC’s fiscal policies and financial systems, overseas cash flow and coordinates financial planning, interfacing with MRMC Member institutions and the financial community. Eva holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Jim Singer, RN, BSN
Jim joined Flight For Life in 1986 as a Flight Nurse. He became the Chief Flight Nurse in 1991 and transitioned to the Transport System Director in 2001. Under Jim’s tenure, Flight For Life has purchased new aircraft, made significant upgrades to its remaining fleet and added an additional base of operations in the City of Fond du Lac Wisconsin. Flight For Life has completed over 32,000 safe transports since it began operations as the first air medical service in Wisconsin in 1983. Jim is a graduate from Milwaukee County General Hospital School of Nursing (now the Milwaukee School of Engineering School of Nursing) and received his BSN from Concordia University Wisconsin.
Julie Timm, MHA
Julie Timm joined MRMC in February of 2013. As Communications Director for the Zoo Interchange Project, she serves as the liaison between the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and the 6 members of Milwaukee Regional Medical Center to deliver consistent, accurate and timely information on the Zoo Interchange construction project to patients, staff, visitors and other important customers. Julie is engaged in planning and project implementation alongside the DOT to maximize the opportunities presented by the Zoo Interchange Project. Julie brings more than 15 years of healthcare communications and marketing experience to the organization and enjoys utilizing her experience toward this new endeavor. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, and earned her Master in Health Administration from the University of Florida.
